Problems Trying to Download the File
I lost the download connection part way through. Do I have to start all over again? Yes and no. You do have to start the download process over again, but it picks up where you left off. For example, if it said it was going to take 15 minutes to download, and then it stops after 10 minutes, it should pick up with 5 minutes to go when you start the download process over again.
After downloading, it says the setup file is corrupt. If this happens, go to Internet Options in your web browser tools menu, and delete all temporary internet files. Then start the download process over again.
I keep getting an error notice that my computer doesn’t recognize the publisher. How do I get it to download? This is not an error. The message says: “Internet Security Warning. The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?” It then gives you two choices: Run the software; or don’t run the software. Choose run the software, and the installation process will continue.
