HOW MANY USERS DO YOU NEED?
The number of users purchased determines how many people can be logged onto the WebLibrary or WebLibrary Plus at the same time.
Scenario: Wendy’s Tax Office personnel consists of Wendy and three other preparers. A total of 4 WebLibrary users.
Example #1: Wendy orders 4 WebLibrary Plus users. With this order, any of the 4 users in Wendy’s office can access the WebLibrary Plus at any time regardless of who else is using the WebLibrary Plus.
Example #2: Wendy orders 1 WebLibrary Plus user. With this order, any of the 4 users can access the WebLibrary Plus from any computer, but only if the WebLibrary Plus is not being used by another user at that time.
