Default Entities for Medical Doctors

Are there advantages for a medical doctor to form a PA vs an LLC? Also, do you have to be a CPA to file the entity's taxes in either case?

to your question is NO there is NEVER a tax return that is required to be prepared by a CPA! (Although Im sure some CPAs would like such a requirement...)
